Share the exact destination
Send guests the property name, correct map pin and one contact number. Do not write only “Pokhara” on the travel message. Check that the driver has the same destination as the venue team.
Ask the resort about the current approach and vehicle access. Confirm the plan with the transport provider. A journey time from a brochure or old review may not match the route on your date.
Decide who stays nearby
List guests who need a room and the nights they need it. Include anyone arriving before the wedding and anyone who may need to stay after a late meal.
Ask for current room availability, check-in times and the number of guests allowed in each room. Keep the room list separate from the event guest list so changes do not get lost.
Plan the arrival before the ceremony
Choose where vehicles stop and who welcomes guests. Ask where people wait if the room or ceremony area is not ready. Plan a simple luggage drop if guests arrive with bags.
For elders, walk the route from the vehicle stop to the seats and toilets during a visit. Let the family's needs guide the seating plan.
Check both event layouts
The resort's website describes halls and outdoor spaces. Ask which ones your booking includes. An indoor room being present does not mean it is reserved as your backup.
Agree where food, the ceremony and guest seating go if the outdoor plan changes. Check the time needed to move the items that can be moved.
Do not leave the return trip until evening
Set a pick-up point and a person who checks that guests have transport. Share return times early. If people leave in separate groups, keep a short list so no one is missed.
