Event Manager + Wedding Planner
One combined desk — you own both planning and day-of management
Full-time • Pokhara (Nayabazar studio + venues) • As per experience
Own weddings end-to-end: first consultation, quotation support, vendor and venue coordination, timeline design, and calm day-of leadership from setup to send-off.
- Passion for weddings and events — freshers welcome, we train you
- Fluent Nepali + working English (Hindi a plus)
- Calm under pressure; comfortable leading 10+ crew on event day
- Two-wheeler with license preferred
Flex & Sticker Fabricator
Full-time • Pokhara (in-house print shop) • As per experience
Run our 24-hour print production: large-format flex printing, vinyl sticker cutting and pasting, mounting on boards and frames for welcome signage and event branding.
- Hands-on flex machine + vinyl cutter experience
- Neat pasting, mounting, and finishing skills
- Willing to work event-eve night shifts in peak season
Graphics Designer
Full-time • Pokhara (Nayabazar studio, hybrid possible) • As per experience
Design welcome boards, stage backdrops, signage systems, and social creatives in our luxury gold-ivory style — from bride-groom monograms to full venue branding.
- Strong Photoshop + Illustrator or CorelDRAW portfolio
- Fast turnaround on event-eve revisions
- Eye for typography (Devanagari + English)
Content Creator + Social Media Handler
Full-time • Pokhara (events + studio) • As per experience
Shoot reels and BTS at real weddings, edit fast, post consistently, and reply to inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as the voice of Roy Events.
- Reel-first portfolio (shoot + edit on phone is fine)
- Daily posting discipline and quick DM replies
- Basic Nepali/English caption writing
Photographer & Videographer
Full-time / contract • Pokhara + destination events • As per experience
Cover weddings and corporate events for our in-house photo unit — candid moments, decor details, and same-week highlight delivery alongside our editing desk.
- Wedding/event portfolio with low-light work
- Own camera body + lenses preferred (gear allowance possible)
- Available for multi-day destination events
Sales Manager

Turn inquiries into bookings: follow up leads within minutes, present packages and quotations, negotiate fairly, and build B2B ties with venues and hotels.
