We started over 10 years ago as Green Petals when Pokhara had no flower decorators. Today, our family runs Roy Events and Roy Flower Decoration with 50+ full-time staff and 30+ master Bengali craftsmen to give you simple, stress-free celebrations.
When Pokhara Had No Flower Decorators,
We Brought Real Craft to the City.
Years ago, there was no flower decoration company in Pokhara. When families had a wedding or big celebration, they had to hire expensive decoration teams and trucks all the way from Kathmandu.
Our Chairperson, Bappa Roy, saw this difficulty and took a bold step. He opened Green Petals, the first florist company in Pokhara.
To make the best designs, he brought skilled Bengali craftsmen (Bangali Karigars) directly to Pokhara. Starting with just a couple of workers, Green Petals began making beautiful fresh flower mandaps, wedding stages, and entrance gates right here in Pokhara.
People loved the quality, and word spread quickly. That same trust and honest family care is what brought our company to where it is today.

The BeginningChairperson Bappa Roy started Green Petals as Pokhara's first florist and decoration company. Before this, Pokhara had no decor companies and families had to hire teams from Kathmandu. He brought skilled Bengali craftsmen to Pokhara to create real handcrafted flower designs locally.

Chairperson & Founder of Green Petals
The founder who started Green Petals as Pokhara's very first flower decoration company. He brought master Bengali craftsmen to Pokhara and built the foundation of wedding decoration in the city.
Alex Roy
Managing Director & Founder of Roy Events
Son of Chairperson Bappa Roy. In 2018, he created Roy Events to plan full weddings and events, while keeping Roy Flower Decoration to make flowers, mandaps, stages, and production elements in-house.

Our 30+ full-time Bengali craftsmen are the artists who create the magic. With years of experience in hand-weaving fresh flowers, they build every mandap, backdrop, and floral passage with care and precision so it looks fresh and beautiful throughout your celebration.
